Company-Wide Social Media Program

An ongoing month-to-month program to set up and effectively utilize social media marketing for the franchisor and as many of its franchisees as wish to participate in the program:

FOR THE FRANCHISOR — $1500 for each month:

Initial steps:

  • Develop tagline for business that can be used for the company’s Facebook page title as well as for other social media platforms
  • Work with company’s website person to create a social media-friendly home page
  • Create a Facebook page for company
  • Create a Twitter presence for company

Continuing steps:

  • Two individual monthly one-hour coaching sessions to develop value-added social media marketing strategies for the franchisor. This will include feedback on company’s website, Facebook and Twitter activities in support of social media marketing outreach.
  • Recommendations for additional social media activities.


FOR THE FRANCHISEE — $39.95 per month for each franchisee that wishes to participate:

Initial steps:

  • A live webinar will be conducted to teach franchisees how to set up their Facebook page with a search engine optimized title. (This webinar will be available for download afterwards for franchisees who cannot attend the live webinar or who join after the first month.)
  • A live webinar will also be conducted to teach franchises how to set up an effective Twitter account.

Each franchisee who wishes will get a $29 a month email marketing system that MM uses (this is our affiliate link — http://snipurl.com/cartaffiliate to get the system). This email optin system allows franchisees to give out discount coupons in exchange for capturing email addresses.

A live webinar will also be conducted to teach franchisees who choose this option how to set up an email marketing system. This will include demonstrating how to set up the email optin message and how to send out subsequent email messages.

As part of the ongoing training, franchisees will be taught how to use discount coupons that do not require an email optin (and also how to use discount coupons that do require an email optin).

Franchisees will have access to:

  • Written and video material on utilizing social media marketing
  • Twice-monthly group one-hour webinars to learn about and implement social media marketing for their business including tie-in promotions to special projects (franchisees will be able to submit questions ahead of the webinars and/or type in questions during the webinar; these webinars will be available as a replay after the live webinar)

FYI: If a franchisee drops out of the program, the franchisee will no longer have access to the material as all material will be password-protected through membership software on the Miller Mosaic website.
