The new ebook “LinkedIn Marketing: 8 Best Tactics to Build Book and Business Sales” by book and Internet marketing coach July Cullins shares her best advice on what to do and what not to do to benefit from marketing on LinkedIn.
Judy (@CoachJudy on Twitter) says:
“[I] discovered that LinkedIn offered more gold than any other online marketing I’d done. Linkedin works especially well for authors, coaches, consultants, educators, solo professionals and speakers, and seminar leaders.”
What I particularly appreciated in this ebook is the specific advice that is easy to follow rather than the generalized advice that many authors provide (the kind of vague advice that leaves a reader thinking “But how do I do this?”).
Her advice on how to build an effective LinkedIn profile is excellent. In fact, I immediately made a few changes to my own LinkedIn profile after reading her information.
What’s even more valuable, in my opinion, are her detailed recommendations on how to use LinkedIn groups to connect with your target markets. She goes through a step-by-step process of choosing the best groups for connecting with people who are interested in what you have to offer and then engaging with those people by participating in group discussions and sharing your own blog posts with these groups.
Judy is honest; she cautions you won’t see results overnight. But she is also encouraging, explaining that, if you are willing to consistently put in the time and effort (and she shares time-saving techniques) over several months, you can expect to begin seeing significant results.
Get Judy’s ebook now (this is NOT an affiliate link), read it, and start working on optimizing your LinkedIn activities to connect with your target markets in order to increase your book or business sales.

Wow Phyllis, What a specific and strong testimonial this is, and Thank you so much for it.
Online Marketing Tip: Leverage your Testimonials for Much More Visibility and Credibility
If your audience wonders what to do with great testimonials like yours, I just shortened it and posted it on my facebook fan page to pass the good word along. I also will use it on my landing pages for the Linkedin book and the teleseminar audio I have on my site. I also keep a folder with testimonials for these categories: book coaching, book writing, ebook sales, web sales letters and more. This organization saves me so much time, and with it I can send testimonials to my web master to update my site on a weekly basis. Great for your Alexa ranking too.
