The team of Phyllis Zimbler Miller and Yael K. Miller is uniquely qualified to deliver powerful online marketing solutions for clients who want to attract more business and NOT lose out to their competitors.

Phyllis combines a Wharton MBA with over 30 years of marketing experience with companies such as Max Factor and Tiger Air. When her self-published novel MRS. LIEUTENANT was named an Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award semi-finalist in 2008, she began combining the power of Amazon and online marketing to promote her book and other projects.

Yael began by contributing experience from the corporate communications department of a Hollywood talent agency as well as her study of story as an English major at the University of Pennsylvania to help Miller Mosaic clients stand out with strong stories that promote their brands. Now Yael is very involved in WordPress websites, design, and programming opportunities.

Here is how Miller Mosaic, LLC came to be:

In March of 2008 Yael realized that the corporate communications department of the Hollywood talent agency where she was an intern used old-fashioned methods to promote the agency’s message. At the same time Phyllis focused on promoting her novel MRS. LIEUTENANT. And that is when Phyllis and Yael formed Miller Mosaic, LLC.

First, they built WordPress websites for their own projects and used social media to connect with their target audiences. Then they realized they could do for others what Phyllis and Yael were doing for themselves.

Clients for WordPress websites found Miller Mosaic through Phyllis and Yael’s social media activities. (The first WordPress website client was in the U.K.; shortly thereafter this was followed by clients in Australia and South Africa besides the U.S. and Canada.)

Next Phyllis and Yael expanded into marketing consulting, helping clients identify their Unique Selling Proposition — what makes them different from their competition.

Then Phyllis and Yael focused on social media marketing — coaching clients on how to effectively and strategically use social media to attract more business.

Phyllis and Yael also review websites to ensure that these sites are social media friendly and complementary to a company’s social media marketing activities.

Recently Miller Mosaic has added Kindle ebook conversion to the company’s services after Kindle Direct Publishing stopped supporting third-party conversion software. By the time Yael had figured out how to create a well-formatted Kindle ebook under the new requirements, and Phyllis had re-converted all her Kindle ebooks, they were ready to help other authors.
